The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as your chosen date is secured and reserved exclusively once your booking has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your booking date and reserve your chosen time. The remaining balance is payable on the day via cash or card.

Services are offered across Melbourne, with travel fees applying outside a set radius. Any travel costs will always be discussed upfront so you know what to expect before confirming your booking.

Do you charge travel fees for on-location services?

A $100 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your booking. As your date is reserved once confirmed, the deposit is retained in the event of a cancellation or change of mind.

What is your cancellation policy?

Though not required, bridal trials are highly recommended and best scheduled 6-8 weeks before the wedding. Bring inspiration images and dress photos to help refine your look.

Do I need a trial before my booking?

For optimal results, please exfoliate your skin a few days prior and arrive with a cleansed face. You’re welcome to use your own skincare prep products if preferred. Hair should be clean and dry for styling.

How should I prepare my hair and skin before the day?

If you have any allergies, sensitivities or product concerns, please let me know when you enquire. This allows time to plan ahead and make sure everything used is suitable for you.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
